Uber starts accepting credit card payments, again

Taxi hailing service provider Uber will start accepting payments via credit cards again from this week.
Uber was previously asked to stop accepting credit card payments by the RBI.
This time, Uber will take car of RBI’s two-factor authentication guidelines and will allow users to make credit card payments via OTP. Uber has tied up with Zaakpay, a Gurgaon based payment gateway firm to accept card payments.
Uber is currently operating in 18 cities in India.
Before sorting this issue out, Uber has temporarily moved to Paytm which allowed users to pay via a digital wallet.
