Mahindra TUV3OO SUV front inspired from Jeep?

Fiat’s plans to introduce the Jeep brand in India have been delayed again & again. However, seems like Mahindra wants to give potential customers a taste of what Jeeps could look like with the TUV3OO.
The fully undisguised pictures of the TUV3OO ahead of its official launch reveal that the front end design, especially the grille has uncanny resemblance to the Jeep brand.
Overall design looks decent, but we wish the wheels were an inch or two larger to look more proportionate.
The new compact-SUV doesn’t make use of excessive chrome to pose as a premium offering. Mahindra has added chrome only to the front grille & fog lamp housing. However, knowing Mahindra’s major clientele, expect plenty of aftermarket chrome accessories to be made available.
The TUV3OO is a sub-4 metre compact-SUV which will have 5+2 seating capacity.
Powering the TUV3OO will be a new mHawk80 diesel engine. 80 here might be hinting at 80 PS of power. Engine is rumoured to be matched to a 6-speed manual / AMT gearbox.
