S-Cross facelift spotted testing

S-Cross facelift spotted testing

Maruti Suzuki very recently launched their most expensive product in the Indian market as of now, the S-Cross. A facelift version of the S-Cross however has already been spotted on international soil.
The S-Cross is not really an outstanding product to look at. If looks could account for most of the price tag, the S-Cross surely doesn’t justify it. If this facelift version does go on sale in the international market by the early-2016, expect it to make it to the Indian streets by early-2017.
Changes:
  • New front grille
  • New twin-pot smoked headlamp
  • New fog lamp housing
  • New front bumper
  • New alloy wheels
  • New crease lines on the bonnet
  • New tail lamp
Expect no changes in the engine department though.
Engine details:
  • Powered by 1.3L, 89 BHP & 200 Nm diesel motor (DDiS 200) with 5-speed manual gearbox
  • Powered by 1.6L, 118 BHP & 320 Nm diesel motor (DDiS 320) with 6-speed manual gearbox
  • 1.6L, DDiS 320 delivers 22.7 kmpl & performs 0-100 kmph stint in 11.3 seconds
  • 1,3L, DDiS 200 delivers 23.65 kmpl & performs 0-100 kmph sting in 13.2 seconds
  • Available only in 2WD
