India-bound Lamborghini Huracan Spyder unveiled

Lamborghini has unveiled the LP610-4 Spyder at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
Although there is no official announcement yet, knowing how aggressive the Italian sportscar brand has been here in India, expect this drop-top version of the Huracan to be launched in India next year.
The Huracan Spyder looks similar to the coupe version, except for the chopped roof. The engine hood has been tweaked for more air intakes and also gets a see-through cover now.
The electronically retractable roof can be used at speeds uto 50 kmph and it opens / closes within 17 seconds.
Powering the Huracan Spyder is a 5.2L, V10, naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 610 PS of power and 560 Nm of torque matched to a 7-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox. It can perform a 0-100 kmph stint in 3.4 seconds, which is slower by 0.2 seconds compared to the regular Huracan.
Excited to see the Huracan Spyder on the Indian streets already?
