Mercedes-AMG GT S imported to India, launch at BIC

Mercedes-Benz has imported the AMG GT S sportscar in India and is expected to be launched in the coming months.
This 2-door, 2-seater flagship sportscar will be launched after Mercedes-Benz introduces the Maybach S600 in India later this month.
The AMG GT S is expected to be launched at the Buddh International Circuit & could make the first ever launch under the new MD & CEO, Mr.Roland S. Folger.
Powering the Mercedes-AMG GT S is a 4.0L, Bi-turbo, V8 petrol motor producing 503 BHP which helps it accelerate from 0-100 kmph in 3.7 seconds. Top speed is in excess of 300 kmph. Engine is matched to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission with electronically controlled limited slip differential.
Brought to India via the CBU route, expect pricing to be in the range of Rs. 2 crores or above.
